Although we are called The Elizabethan Singers our repertoire goes far beyond songs of the 16th and 17th centuries. We really enjoy singing the music of this period, but equally we love music from the Classical and Romantic eras. A particular passion is singing high quality harmony arrangements of 20th century popular music. This includes songs from the golden era of Broadway, including the unforgettable music of Gershwin and Cole Porter.
Whatever our programme, our aim is to make music expressive, exciting and accessible through enthusiastic, vibrant performances.
